For every service mentioned above it is necessary to send a ticket and both sides must agree to the accomplishment of all tasks.

** This is only Payment Gateway activation fee. It is fundamental to own a single MC server, which works as a gateway which is used to send all payment requests to your selected URI. To activate the Payment Gateway, you need to have a server with at least 3 months until expiration.

****** Minimal amount of transferred credits is 50 credits, you also need to submit a proof of account ownership which consists of ID card or other proof confirming validity of your credentials in your accounts settings. You also need to provide us with a proof of payment which is at least for half of transferred credits.
******* Operating system can be only installed after the ISO file is given. If the system requires license key, you are obligated to provide also this valid key.
******** Short-term backup means that the backup will be created for a necessary period of time. This necessary period of time is defined as a period of time required for a complete transfer of required data during reinstallation.
